I'm afraid of blood donations. That's why it's not me in the picture giving blood. It's my friend Daniel Chiam at NUH letting them suck out his o+ blood while I sat there and drew. He was brave. Perhaps I'd do it another day. Apparently, his was the shorter procedure since it was his first time. It took only a few minutes. The longer donation procedure would take your blood, remove its platelets, and then put it back into your body. That would take 45mins.
I didn't know there are two ways of donating blood.

ReplyDeleteyour sketch makes blood donation fun! I have never done it but I dont mind to do a sketch just like you. That's an idea to promote blood donation, they donate we sketch, haha.
