Getting a seat at the library is quite difficult. Lots of readers eventually had to sit on to floor, despite the fact that there are countless posters advising them not to do so.
The solution is of course to add more seats. It's not as if the library has no budget.
Heh, it's not a matter of budget. Keep adding seats and there comes a point the aesthetics of the environment is affected. Of course, whether there are "enough" seats is always arguable. Those who want to sit will say there's never enough while those who have certain expectations of library open spaces will say it's too crowded as it is. Anyway, this is just my personal opinion (not the library's). Cheers.
